ReviewI thought this cookbook was very easy to get through and I found plenty of things I wanted to try. Of all the recipes I tried, there was really only one that I was kind of meh on. It was good the first meal or two but after that it lost all its flavor and was not a good leftover meal which is important in my weekly meals.
The thing that bothered me the most is that there are a lot of prep ahead items that are needed for their recipes or an item listed is not readily available at a store but must be ordered from their site online. I'm a planner but not that far in advance. If I can't get it in Amazon two days it ain't happening.
I think this book would be better suited for a follower of the Healthy Mama lifestyle. However, I managed to get through at least two of the recipes and one of them was a hit with our family. We just ended up tweaking it heavily, haha!
