OMG I cannot believe I only have THREE books left in this challenge. I love that I was able to (and not the only one) that changed out books during this challenge. I think that's one of the best things I've done. Instead of making sure I crossed off the original ones, made it so much easier to *crosses fingers* finish.
Also, reading digitally is so much easier for me. All the books left are books I own in paperback or hardback. That physical book really makes it difficult to just whip out my phone during free minutes. I just downloaded Summerland and Spinster on audio book from Overdrive through my library so I can try to cross another off my list that way.

I've had this book for months and being crazy addicted to the library it keeps getting pushed back, but no more!! Many bloggers have already read it and loved it so I can't wait to share in the story!
What are you reading right now?

You are rocking it. I have 2 books left to read but I keep switching between challenges. Hopefully I'll finish before the month is over. Looking forward to your thoughts on the books.
ReplyDeleteI don't think you're missing much by not getting your hands on Paper Towns. I was super disappointed by it.
ReplyDeleteLook at you getting your list just about done!!! I am behind on mine. And Blogging for Books has really pissed me off. I requested Going Off Script over a month ago and I have yet to receive it!!! The first time I emailed them they said they were shipping me another....I emailed them again Monday to let them know I hadn't received that copy and they are ignoring me now. RUDE!
ReplyDeleteyou go girl! i also changed books out hahaha. no shame. i totally agree about reading digitally - i love real books of course, but it's so handy to have a book on my kindle / phone / even my computer available all the time!
ReplyDeleteI changed a bunch of my books too. I was juggling several challenges at once, and I just couldn't stick to any original list.
ReplyDeletei was just gonna ask if you were a finisher if the book was bad or if you give up. sometimes i feel like i've made it this far, so i gotta finish it.
ReplyDeleteI love that Grey "read" better than the original series. I am totally going to get it soon. The original series honestly wasnt the best writing wise but I didnt mind the story.
ReplyDeleteYou're making such good progress-- I really want to read Chelsea's book too!
ReplyDeleteThree is not bad at all! I have 4 left, I read 2 short books that didn't count... but last year I read 3 total (whomp whomp) so I am feeling good about where I am. :) XO - Alexandra

I'm reading Paper Towns for the young adult category, but it is going quite slow. I haven't quite gotten into it yet.

The 5th Wave (and several of Rick Yancey's other books) have been on my TBR for ever. How was it? Worth dropping everything for? :)
ReplyDeleteYou're more than 1/2 way through! Congrats!
