Weighing In 1-3

Good Morning!

I weighed in yesterday with a small loss. Victory! I really wanted to splurge yesterday too, and while I did have a cookie, I didn't eat out for any of my meals like I was planning or wanting to.

Not much else to say, I wrote this last night and my eyes were falling asleep. I'm thinking about doing Shakeology in February/March just as something to try. Anybody tried it? Heard positive or negative about it? I'm still in the researching stage.

I can't believe it's already the end of January, but I'm sooo ready for Friday!


  1. Hey, a loss is a loss! I have heard good things about Shakeology but have never personally done it. I am swearing by the Whole 30 though! You should read the book, It Starts With Food.

  3. Hey girl! I've tried shakeology, and I didn't love it...I have friends that have had awesome results with it, but I couldn't initially get past the taste (the only one I really liked was greenberry) and I wasn't committing to enough workouts. Basically I decided that if I wasn't going to work out to supplement the shakes, I was wasting my money, and Shake-o isn't cheap!! I'm obviously not a coach, but one of my friends is if you want to ask her any questions or get on board with one of her challanges!
