Weighing In 1-1

I've tried this weigh in thing on here before. Even linked up with a few ladies and something never works out. Most of the failure could stem from my lack of motivation, but I don't want to be one of those New Year Resolution people, so I'm starting now.

I've got part of it mapped out. I've given myself until December 25th to lose a total of 9 pounds. Right now, I'm 7.6 away from that goal. My bi-weekly weigh ins will take place on the Monday I'm off with the post going live Tuesday after I've had my Monday off. This gives me the time to weigh myself Monday morning and then blog about it ready to release for Tuesday. Since I have to be at work at 7:00 there's just no way I want to get up early enough to weigh in and blog before I go into work.

My starting weight was from Black Friday, since that's when I decided what my goal would be and when I would be doing everything.

The "goal" weight will change with each mini-goal since I don't want to have this HUGE number hanging over my head. Smaller goals = bigger results.

This is still a work in progress and before I do a lot of cardio, I have eight Pure Barre classes I'm going to power through between now and December 15th. So we'll see how that goes...8 classes in 13 days when I'm only in Tampa for the weekdays = 8 days!

  1. This is a good goal and totally manageable! I am trying to just maintain at the moment. Hopefully not to many holiday cheats! ;)
